Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over £50 / £4.99 for orders under £50
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): £9.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times may vary between 7–21 business days depending on customs and local postal services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. AlignaCare is not responsible for delays due to customs.
