Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All accessories included with the product must be returned.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Process

1. Send your return request to support@alignacare.com.
2. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions.
3. Ship the product to the provided address.
4. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
